Service Fees
We currently accept digital methods of payment for both insurance co-pays and the full cost of services. At this time, we accept a variety of insurance in both Michigan and Arizona including:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Blue Care Network
- Optum
- United Healthcare
- Oxford
- Cigna
- Aetna
We can also provide a super bill for clients to submit to their insurance company, Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account. Please contact us for rates.
